This ex-designer fabric is really unusual.  It has the same structure and feel as an organza, but is woven with several layers making it thicker and giving a bouncy drape.  It also has an added crinkled texture and slight mechanical stretch.  We think it would make a great statement party dress or simple top with large puff sleeves!
