This ex-designer smocked stretch chiffon is light and sheer, with a bouncy stretch. The chiffon itself is non-stretch, with tiny lines of elastic smocking running through it. It is lightweight and very drapey.  It would be perfect for a simply summer top or even lingerie and nightwear!
