This ex-designer fabric is a stretch cotton twill. It has very textured twill structure, with the back mostly white and facing side black with white exposure when stretched. SO either side can be used! Medium weight with a soft drape, and nice handle. Beautiful, luxurious handle! Perfect for our Everyday Trouser!
