This ex-designer fabric is a structured sateen. It's in a dark navy blue colour that is opaque. IT has a light sateen sheen, and a smooth finish. The interfacing gives it a nice structure to play with. It's mediumweight and has a nice handle. Great for so many projects, like jackets, totes, and homewares!
