This ex-designer taffeta is white with a very subtle light grey stripe running across it widthways. It is a lightweight taffeta, similar to a paper taffeta. It has a matt finish and a slightly dimpled texture. Would be perfect for a little dress or top. Taffeta is woven with highly twisted fibres which give it a lustrous finish and sheen. It has a crisp feel and good structure, making it perfect for eveningwear. It is used in high-end clothing and makes a characteristic rustle noise as you move.
