This ex-designer fabric is a textured crepe. It's in a deep medium navy colour. It's medium weight, with a lovely waffled-like square weave and lovely texture. Opaque, drapes with structure, and has a comfortable, soft handle. Perfect for a scarf, top, or even trousers!
