This ex-designer fabric is a really unusual jacquard fringe. Pale green viscose threads are dotted on one side with a feathery fringed finish on the other side. Either side can be used! A versatile cloth that's very unique. Soft and with a drapey viscose handle. Lightweight and mostly opaque. Has a lovely sheen that reflects from the fringe-y threads. Would look incredible on a skirt or flowy top!
