This ex-designer fabric is a stretch cloqué. It has the characteristic crinkle texture, in a wonderful bright red colour and soft handle. Medium weight with a gentle structure that would look great with puff sleeves. Has about 15% width-ways stretch. Lovely in a blouse, fitted or puffy dress, or even a jacket!
