This ex-designer fabric is a shimmery chiffon. It has a beautiful bronze foiled metallic finish on the topside that catches light beautifully. Foiled onto a black chiffon, and semi-sheer. Has a smooth handle. Super light and airy, and perfect for a stunner dress overlay or floaty shawl!
