This ex-designer fabric is a shimmery chiffon. It has a beautiful blue iridescent finish on the topside that catches light beautifully. In a rich colour, and semi-sheer. Has a great sleek handle. Super light and airy, and perfect for a stunner dress overlay or floaty shawl!
