This ex-designer fabric is a jacquard cotton. Black teardrop dots are woven across this white stretch cotton, with a soft fuzzy finish. Lightweight, with a nice balance of crispness and drape. Subtle sateen finish. So nice to the touch, with a great 20% stretch, 2-way. This would make a gorgeous top or dress!
