This ex-designer fabric is a soft blue voile. White dotted stripes are woven across a deep sea blue viscose. It's oh-so-soft and has the perfect airy drape. Lightweight, and slightly sheer with a nice gauzy texture. Made for a breezy dress or top, or classic shirt!
