This ex-designer fabric is a super unique tulle. Off-white long tube beads are attached to this off-white tulle. It catches the light so well and has such interesting movement, with the beads dancing and creating a soft rain-like sound. It's medium weight, as the beads aren't very heavy. Has medium coverage. Sheer and drapes well. Would make such a look bridal look, for a short jacet or even bag!
