Faux leather pre-cut fringe tassel. Medium to heavy weight with a nice amount of structure but not stiff. Ideal for adding tassels to any garment. Could be applied flat or rolled up to form a tassel. Perfect for a bag charm or key ring! You can find key ring hardware here.
