This ex-designer fabric is an incredible couture tulle. True red hand-appliqued flowers, cut out of organza and crepe, as well as lace, and centred with silver beads, are placed in a garland-like descending line towards the selvedge. Embroidery and beading give a finished scalloped edge.  Ostrich feathers are added for flair and make this especially unique. The cloth could be cut out and reapplied for denser coverage, or be used as is for lingerie, evening wear, or whatever extra special project you have in mind! Medium weight and sheer, with a lovely soft handle. One of a kind couture cloth!
