This ex-designer fabric is a wool twill. In classic black, woven with a twill weave in a lighter weight. Has a slightly fibrous but comfortable handle, beautiful drape, and a matte finish. Fully opaque. The perfect trouser weight! From a very high-end, famous London designer known for tailoring!
