This ex-designer fabric is a double cotton sateen. In a lovely baby blue colour. It's double faced, with a very structured handle and sateen finish on both sides. It's medium to heavy weight, with a lovely soft feel. Such a sturdy but lovely cloth! We love this for jacket!
