This ex-designer fabric is an elevated floral cloth. It's a black jacquard/cloqué mix that is both puffy and flattened, creating a very interesting texture. It's very light weight for how it looks, and has lots of body. Opaque, feels so lovely, and has a light sheen finish. Exquisite for a structured or circle skirt or dress!
