This ex-designer fabric is a rich linen + silk jacketing. It has a plain weave with a slight white strips running the warp. Silk and linen are blended beautifully into a soft but sturdy cloth with a subtle sheen. Very comfortable and breathable, with a nice drape. Opaque but still lightweight. From a top-quality Italian mill used typically for tailoring. The perfect cloth for a lightweight summer top, blazer, pinafore dress, or even home furnishings!
