This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated chiffon. These panels are pre-pleated and pre-cut into skirt panels. It's an eye-catching bright silver laminated nylon. It's light weight in a knife pleat. They have an amazing movement! Opaque with a smooth handle, and a bright sheen finish. We still have the same fabric on the roll here! Would make the most incredible dress or skirt, so romantic!
