This ex-designer fabric is an incredible tulle. Black 3D roses are appliqued by machine across this black tulle. They are tightly packed together for a dense coverage and finished with a pinking shear edge. It's very flexible and surprisingly light for it's thickness. It' semi-sheer around the rose design through the tulle backing. Has a lovely soft handle and is beautiful to brush your hand across. The cloth could be cut out and reapplied as trim, or be used as is for lingerie, evening wear, or whatever extra special project you have in mind!
