This ex-designer fabric is a supreme French lace. It comes from Solstiss, a union of 5 lace makers that formed in the 1970s, bringing together hundreds of years of lace making expertise. It has an unusual design of large raindrop shapes that form the scallops on one edge and a more geometric design towards the other end. It's light weight and very drapey, with a lovely sheen finish. Would look stunning as the overlay on a garment and could also be used for lingerie!
