This ex-designer fabric is a beautiful couture cloth. 3D tulle roses are fashioned and  appliqued to a tulle backing. They are accompanied by embroidered leaves, organza flowers, pearl clusters, and clear, eye-catching beads. They are mixed for a light to medium coverage and the cloth is finished with a scalloped edge. Has a medium to heavy weight and lacey handle. The cloth could be cut out and reapplied as trim, or be used as an incredible addition to a wedding dress!
