This ex-designer fabric is a nylon organza. It's a unique cloth, with a navy and red stripe woven down the warp, offset with sheer black. Lightweight and a little crisp with a really good structure. Semi-sheer with a bit of a sheen in the black and red and pops! Would be so great in a sheer top or sheer sleeves!
