This ex-designer fabric is a luxurious silk crepe. Marocaine is a type of weave that is characteristically tighter spun threads and so slightly more textured and durable. It has a matt finish and is super drapey with lovely movement. It has the characteristic crepe texture but is still very soft with a nice, medium weight. Fully opaque with a wonderful silky handle! Would be perfect for dresses, skirts, or for a lovely basic button down blouse!
