This ex-designer fabric is a glittering sequin tulle. Bright silver sequins are woven onto a white tulle. Has about 10% stretch, width ways. The sequins are amazing quality, and secured on very well for long wear. They are woven on for dense coverage. Light to medium weight with a lovely drape. So eye-catching! This fabric would be perfect for a party dress, skirt or top!
