This ex-designer fabric is a sequin tulle. Blue translucent sequins are stitched onto a blue tulle. The sequins are secured on very well for long wear. They are woven with dense coverage. There is some stretch width ways, about 20%.  Medium weight with a lovely drape, incredible movement and eye-catching sheen! Semi-opaque. This fabric would be perfect for a party dress!
