This ex-designer fabric is an embroidered cotton. This fun and lovely cloth is embroidered in ecru scallops and fringing across a black cotton voile. Light to medium weight, with a super soft handle and fluffed texture. The design goes right to the edges and repeats across the whole width of the fabric. The edges are scalloped as well for a finished hem! Either side could be used! Would look great as an Everyday dress or simple top to show off the design!
