Metallic elastic with a black backing. Made with lurex fibres that really catch the light and are super sparkly. It is flat and quite dense, with good stretch and recovery. Would look great as an exposed waistband on a skirt or even a bomber jacket! All our trim is deadstock left over from when a designer has finished sampling their collection.
