This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated velvet. These panels are pre-pleated and pre-cut into skirt panels. It's in a gorgeous crushed velvet in a silk/viscose blend. It's a medium to heavy weight in a knife pleat. They have an amazing movement! Opaque with a soft handle, and such a bright eye-catching finish. Would make the most incredible dress or skirt, so romantic!
