This ex-designer fabric is a cotton organza. Stiff but light weight, it has the characteristic sheer look and a subtle sheen, but with a softer cotton handle. Perfect for adding structure and volume, as it is very lightweight.  Great for puff sleeves, overlays, and as a base for embroidery or experimenting!
