This ex-designer fabric is a cotton stripe. It's in an darker artic blue and white twisted stripe on a lovely cotton poplin. Light to medium weight with a crisp and airy drape. Super smooth and soft to the touch. Perfect for a classic shirt or dress and would also make luxurious PJ's!
