This ex-designer fabric is an embroidered chiffon. Shiny silver sequins and white embroidery are woven onto this black chiffon in ladder-like stripes. It has a luxurious look and handle, with great movement and a beautiful drape. Lightweight, semi-opaque, and gently eye-catching. Has a nice gentle handle.
