This ex-designer fabric is an incredible tulle. Black 3D squiggle ribbons are appliqued by machine across this black tulle. They are lightly packed together for an open to medium coverage around square lurex latticed designs in between, like windows. It's very flexible and surprisingly light for it's thickness. It's semi-sheer around the design through the tulle backing. Has a lovely soft handle and is beautiful to brush your hand across. Very special and eye-catching! The cloth could be cut out and reapplied as trim, or be used as is for lingerie, evening wear, or whatever extra special project you have in mind!
