This ex-designer fabric is a sateen. It's a soft cotton stretch cotton in a blue and white stripe. It's lightweight and opaque, with a gentle structure. Has a lovely light sateen finish, and a super smooth handle. Stretches about 10% width-ways. It would make a lovely classic shirt or shirt dress!
