This ex-designer fabric is an incredible sequin chiffon. A lush white silk chiffon is densely covered with iridescent clear and matte black and white sequins. It's such an incredible cloth, that's medium weight and super luxurious! Drapes well, is so eye-catching in the light, and has a lovely texture and handle. Would have maximum impact with small amounts, like for a cuff, collar, or waistband, or as a little evening bag!
