This ex-designer fabric is a sequin tulle. Shiny pink sequins with rose gold backs are woven into this pink tulle with eye-catching sheen and great movement in the light! It has a mermaid effect so you can pull the sequins either way for the desired effect. Medium to heavy weight and a good drape, and fuller coverage sequins. This fabric would be perfect for a party dress or skirt!
