This ex-designer fabric is a satin. It's in a rich saffron-like spice shade, with a satin shantung weave. It's light to medium weight and drapey, with a lovely natural fall. Has a beautiful sheen and a slinky, smooth handle on the topside, with a raw silk-esque weave on the reverse. Opaque and looks beautiful in the light! Versatile for so many projects!
