This ex-designer fabric is a jacquard. It's black, red, and cream woven into a rope-like design that runs the weft of the cloth. It's visually textured, but also very smooth. It's lightweight with a nice structure to play with. Opaque, feels so lovely and sturdy, and has a bright sheen finish. In a beautiful silk/acetate fibre that makes it perfect for men's ties!
