This ex-designer trim is a feather boa. Feathers have been tied around a central cotton rope and so they stick out gently into a fluffy boa. They are very soft and have a lovely handle. The boas are very lightweight and fun for accessories or for specialty projects! Perfect for stitching onto a bridal project!
