CLASS OVERVIEW
If fabric shops leave you feeling overwhelmed, this is the talk for you!
Join us for a relaxed and informative evening designed to demystify the world of fabric. Lauren of Working Cloth will guide you through what to look for when selecting fabric - the most common weaves and fibres, how different fabrics behave and why it is important when picking fabric for your garment. You’ll leave with practical knowledge to help you feel more confident every time you shop for fabric.
Lauren will begin by leading a 45-60 minute talk, followed by a Q+A where you can ask all of your fabric questions. You'll then have a chance to browse our fabrics, with help on hand to match your project with the right fabric.
This class is the perfect chance to catch up with sewing friends and spend the evening surrounded by beautiful fabrics.
